jennifer:i’ m just drafting the marketing plan for next year and i realized there are so many things to be included.
cheryl:no doubt about that. but i think it’ s all about prioritizing what the “must-haves” are. for instance, heavy media exposure and comprehensive staff training are the “must-haves” for our success.
jennifer:you’ re quite right! i’ d better focus on these and look at those nice-to-haves as next step.
cheryl:yeah! things like “lottery draws” or “free tickets to the zoo” are surely “can-do-without.” consumers don’ t really buy those ideas based on our previous experiences.
jennifer:hey, you’ re always so helpful. i should say you’ re a “must-have” for me at work!
cheryl:alright alright! since you’ re so sweet, i might as well help you finish your marketing plan.
